I was born and raised in Lebanon, where I witnessed first-hand the hardship of war and destruction. At the same time, I saw the resilience it sparked. Even in uncertainty, people found purpose, strength, and the small seeds of hope that kept them going.

In 1990, my family emigrated to Paris. It was a radical shift from our tiny village. I studied Agronomy Engineering and began my career in France.

In 2003, I moved to London. These years were profoundly formative, both personally and professionally. I rebuilt my ecosystem from the ground up and transitioned into Human Resources because it was the one resource I found endlessly fascinating. I experienced life-changing moments: getting married, becoming a mother, and discovering a lesser known Olympic sport, being a working mum.

In 2019, we relocated to the Netherlands. Just as we were settling in, the world came to a halt. The pandemic made something clear to me: despite all our technology, there is still something irreplaceable about meeting human beings in person.

In 2023, an accident forced me to stop everything. I spent months off work, learning quite literally how to walk again. That time became my cocoon, my chrysalide. Chrysalide (Chrysalis in English) is a stage of growth where a caterpillar is transforming into a butterfly. While I was in my cocoon, I was quietly transforming, step by step. And throughout that process, I had a coach beside me — someone who believed in me even when I didn’t.

By 2025, the idea of Chrysalide was born. I created this practice to support leaders and teams as they navigate their own transformation, helping them move through uncertainty, rebuild their strength, and emerge with clarity and confidence.
